Funeral Potatoes
6-7 Med potatoes 1/4 cup butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 pint sour cream 1/3 cup chopped onions 3/4 cups grated cheese (probably cheddar) 2/4 cup corn flakes
bake potatoes. Peel and grate potatoes (letting them cool first will save your hands). Mix butter, soup, sour cream, onions, and cheese together. add to potatoes in a casserole dish. Toss with a fork. Top with smashed cornflakes. Bake at 350 for about 30-35 minutes.
*I haven't made these for a while so I can't remember how many people it serves. We will have 7 adults and 4 children (all 3 and under, so they won't eat much), so you might need to double it. Let me know if you have any problems.
